MicroCircuit Laboratories (MCL) is the industry resource for component level hermetic package cover sealing with Seam Weld, Seam AuSn Solder and Projection Welding.  Services include materials selection and design for packages and covers including feed throughs.  Customized seals are developed which exceeding the most stringent requirements, including customer production with 0 gross leakers and fine leak rates decades lower than the most stringent space standards.

MCL utlizies a high sensitivity helium leak detection system, Test Condition A5, for both gross and fine leak testing.  Ultrafine molecular leak rates are routine.  After leak test pass, the hermetic package may continue on for headspace testing and development.
